Do I have to make the changes myself, or do you do it for me?
We do it for you. Our team manages your Google Business Profile directly — posting updates, drafting review replies for your approval, keeping your listing optimized. Your weekly report is a recap of what we did, not a to-do list for you to work through.
How accurate are the rankings in my report?
We use a real-time search data API that queries Google directly at the time of your weekly report. Rankings naturally vary by device, location, and time — your report shows a consistent weekly snapshot from the same query parameters, so week-over-week changes are meaningful comparisons.
What keywords do you track?
Your report is built around the search keywords you choose at setup: 5 on Presence, 10 on Presence + Website, and 20 on Growth (e.g., 'roof repair jackson tn'). We also surface competitor keywords and related terms driving traffic in your local market. You can swap a keyword at any time by emailing us.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
A verified Google Business Profile is the primary factor in local pack rankings, and every plan includes claiming and verifying yours. If you don't have one yet, we set it up with you and begin tracking your organic rankings immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email hello@pnlrankandrecovery.com and your subscription cancels at the end of the current billing period. No long-term contract. If you chose the 6-month option to waive the setup fee and cancel before your sixth payment, the deferred $399 setup fee is billed, as set out in the Service Agreement.
